Manager – Bridging Support Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic Manager to join an Organisation that is successfully leading the way in providing Innovative, Quality Care & Support solutions for Older People, Adults, Children & Families across South Yorkshire, East Midlands and the North West.
The role is to manage our Supported Living Unit in Sheffield. Within our Supported Living Services we provide tailored services for young people aged 16+ who may be moving on from residential care and/or may have experienced issues such as substance abuse or exploitation. Our service offers personalised support based upon the service users own individual needs and provides continuous assessment and planning to support a positive transition to independence.
Your role as Manger would involve overseeing the successful running of the unit, including completing all necessary paperwork and reports as required. Managing the staff team, including conducting all supervisions, appraisals, staff meetings, and confidently handing any staffing issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for producing staff rotas for the unit, monitoring and approving all annual leave requests and working with the recruitment team effectively to ensure staffing levels are maintained.
