At our Matlock site, we provide a specialised service that meets the changing needs of adults with learning disabilities, with our key objective being to promote dignity, choice and independence. As a Support Worker, you will offer personalised support in all areas of daily life, helping the residents to achieve their full potential.
To be successful, you must have a desire to work with individuals who have learning disabilities and must be able to demonstrate an understanding of issues that may affect such individuals. You must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work in a team.
Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. Candidates who hold their level 2 in Health & Social Care and have experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities will be appointed on a higher salary.

The position involves working shifts including waking nights and sleep ins.
