An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic HR Generalist to join an Organisation that is successfully leading the way in providing Innovative, Quality Care & Support solutions for Older People, Adults, Children & Families across South Yorkshire, East Midlands and the North West.
As an integral member of the HR team, this role will provide an excellent opportunity to undertake a truly generalist role that is both operational and strategic.
Working as part of the team you will be responsible for the day to day running of the HR department including absence, performance, disciplinary, grievances and appeals.
Recruitment and selection is also a key element to this role and you will work with line managers to understand their recruitment needs, plan recruitment projects and ensure all recruitment is compliant with the relevant social care regulations. You will work in close collaboration with managers in ensuring that they themselves actively manage their teams and that they adhere to company policies. There is also the opportunity to work on a range of projects across the business including developing salary and benefit benchmarking, implementing new policy and processes and leading on engagement initiatives.
