The Role:
Lead the management team and drive the service forward
Develop, implement, and monitor individual care plans
Ensure a safe, secure, and homely environment for children
Mentor and guide an established staff team
Ensure staff training and development
Compliance with legislation, policies, and Ofsted requirements
Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 Children Residential Childcare or equivalent required
Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management desirable
Minimum two years' experience in residential care
Experience managing, leading, and motivating a staff team
Knowledge of current legislation and Ofsted requirements
Ability to handle challenges with patience and empathy
Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
