The Role:
Support the Home Manager in day-to-day operations
Develop, implement, and monitor individual assessments
Maintain a safe and homely environment
Provide leadership and guidance to staff
Ensure staff training and development
Lead external meetings and inspection visits
Assist in recruitment and induction of new staff
Support families and staff to reach their full potential
Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce Diploma or equivalent
Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management desirable
Minimum two years' experience in residential care
Experience leading and motivating a staff team
Knowledge of legislation and Ofsted requirements
Flexible and willing to go the extra mile
