Job Type: Full-Time on rotation (including shifts, nights, weekends, and bank holidays)
Salary: £14.19 to £16.78 per hour (or £29,515.20 to £34,902.40 per year)

The Role:
Provide targeted assessments for families
Safeguard children and parents through assessment, planning, and reviews
Build professional relationships with families and staff
Mentor and develop less experienced staff
Support parents to reach their full potential
Ensure service delivery meets high standards
Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma or relevant qualification
Team Leader/Management qualification preferred
Experience working with families and a genuine desire to improve lives
Leadership qualities with a positive outlook
Patience and empathy towards families' challenges
