The Role:
Conduct high-quality and child-centered assessments
Write comprehensive and evidence-based reports
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources
Support children and families to achieve positive outcomes
Maintain clear communication and professionalism
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England
Completion of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) desirable (training provided)
Passionate about making a difference in children's lives
Knowledgeable about relevant legislation and social theory
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to organize workload independently and prioritize effectively
