The Role:
Provide targeted assessments for families
Safeguard children and parents through assessment, planning, and reviews
Build professional relationships with families
Offer daily support and crisis management skills
Support parents to reach their full potential in caring for their children
Collaborate with community resources and advocate for families
Ideal Candidate:
Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma desirable
Experience working with children and parents beneficial
Genuine desire to improve lives
Strong communication skills and empathy
Flexible availability, including holidays and weekends
